For Science

For my next project, I intend to determine the average amount of fluff that can be extracted from one housecat.

My current working theory is that each pound of cat generates approximately 68 million cubic inches of cat fluff.

... -_- *vacuums*

I concur.

Multiply x 3. *ded*

If I was allergic I'd be very much dead, but the hair doesn't really bother me? D: Unless Jazz sleeps on my head which he often does. Like last night.

Extremely true. In addition to the fact that some short-haired kitties seem to shed 10x worse than most long-haired kitties (at least, mine does >> )

My friend's kitty is like that, too. She's a tiny white thing, but she can cover a whole couch with hair in about 2.3 minutes.

Every time we vacuum, we have a ball of fluff the size of the cat. D: Though she's a tortoise shell, so it kind of blends in with everything. White fur must be worse @@

I is sad we don't talk anymore D: *squished by Screamy*

I swear, the cats between them shed at least another cat every three days.

Then add in the big dog, and I always, always have hair skittering about the house, even if I've just brushed everyone and vacuumed.

Good luck on your experiment. What would be really cool is if you could somehow animate the cat hair to BE another cat...

What would be really cool is if you could somehow animate the cat hair to BE another cat...

That would be both cool and D: at the same time - because then the new cat would shed, and then that fluffball would have to be animated to a third cat...and then that cat would shed to create a fourth kitty...and then that kitty...

NEVER ENDING CYCLE

I am actually 99% sure that process is the origin of the cat I have now. o.O

...I always said that his mother was a Maine Coon and his father was a sofa cushion. He's like a pillow with pointed ears and a fluffy tail.
