Jun. 28th, 2008 05:40 pmWell, about 95% of my flist seems to have gone to see Wanted last night. As part of the minority, I went to see Wall·E instead. It was lovely. And it was So. Damn. CUTE. That much cute should simply not be legal in any one movie. ♥♥♥ I think EVE is my new role model, hee. This is one of those rare animated-movie instances in which I truly hope they make a sequel. Possibly more than one.
I'm sure some people will see it as preachy, but the message is never outright stated, and (no spoilers, really) the ending left me with a truly pleasant feeling of hope for a brighter future. I can't say that about many movies I've seen in the last few years. ^_^
