Please please! Starscream from Beast Wars II (look at the wikipedia article) meeting Starscream from....well any other universe will do, but probably G1 would be awesome. Animated is pretty good too, though! Otherwise: Wreck Gar and Starscream. As long as it isn't a silly fighting scene, I think these two are could have lots of wacky fun together.
