Ha! #7-9 are from the Bad Girls' Guides by Cameron Tuttle, though hers isn't 'icon' it's ... something else... I nono now, I'll have to look it up when I get home, this makes me laugh that something I adore so much is growing so wide-spread, whether the perpitrators know it or not.
